- Bio: As an expedition leader in Morocco and South America, Dan developed excellent interpersonal skills and found that adventure became a priority in his life. Although he enjoyed his career as an East London Fire Fighter, the calling from the islands and oceans redirected his attentions to his advanced PADI certification and Commercial Yactmaster Certification. As Dan explores the Caribbean, he still enjoys following his interests in photography, travel and rugby.

Her enthusiasm for cooking led to her completion of the Yacht Cookery Class from the Gables School of Cookery in Gloucestershire, England. Her joy of sailing led her to complete her Commercial Yachtmaster Certification from the Royal Yachtmaster Association in Cape Town, South Africa. Embracing her career as a charter chef inspires her to sail the Caribbean and indulge in the fresh Caribbean cuisine. Suzie is also a professional sports massage therapist, competitive swimmer, and enjoys competing in triathlons
