Al and Sarah both enjoy running, hiking and a variety of watersports including diving, snorkeling, waterskiing and wakeboarding. Alastair and Sarah Monro have both lived and worked in the Caribbean since 1990. Meeting in 1991 on a sailing trip to Cuba while living in the Cayman Islands they have since spent most of their time racing, cruising and, of course, chartering together. For the past ten years Sarah and Al have dedicated themselves to working in the charter industry of the British Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean
