Crew Information

  • Name: Yves Lescarbeau
  • Role: Captain
  • Bio: Yves purchased his first yacht in the early 80ís and sailed most weekends and holidays with his family in Canada as well as Lake Champlain, Thousand Island, and the Great Lakes. Later, he took to exploring the Bahamas, Cuba and Dominican Republic by boat. After finishing university, he worked as a buyer for a large renowned Canadian footwear company, and this led him to travel all over the world: Europe, USA, South America, Asia and the Middle East. He also spent several months in Italy, and it was there that he acquired an excellent taste for good wine and fine food, inspiring his culinary creations. When Marie-Michele and Yves met, they soon realized that together they could make their dream a reality. After careful consideration, they purchased Bleu Azur together, and turned her into a beautiful charter yacht. They look forward to welcoming you onboard and having the opportunity to show you the beauty of the Caribbean, above and below the waterline.
