Skopelos Bay - Skiathos

Skopelos Bay lies on the north and bottom end of the island of Skopelos, not far from the main Skiathos port. There are some quaint beaches just south and east of the bay. The town of Glossa can be seen from the bay with other islands not too far off in the distance. The bay is known for the delightful sunsets. If you want to try some seafood, stop in at any one of the tavernas that offer up some of the best traditional cuisine this side of Greece—the waterfront is decked with them. There are plenty of moorings and places to get supplies on land. You can rent mountain bikes, take painting classes or dive all from this central location.
