  WE had mechanical problems with the boat a couple hours after departure (unforeseeable problems, not neglect). Thierry came and reviewed the problem within a 1/2 hour, determined we needed a new boat, and got the new boat to us as quickly as humanly possible (there are bridge opening times to be considered in St. Martin). Thierry, Gwen and the rest of the staff were truly exemplary in their service and commitment to an enjoyable charter.
