Saint Martin Yacht Charter Summary Information

Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten

St. Martin offers consistent 10-25 knot winds year round, with winds being especially good in the winter. Most charters will involve travel between the three Renaissance Islands: St. Martin, St. Barts, and Anguilla. Passages between islands are short and never cause you to lose sight of land. However, more experienced sailors are needed to handle the open water swells and to navigate the tricky reefs as you pass between islands. Each island offers a few decent anchorages.
