Kos Harbor - Kos

Kos Harbor lies just east of the small city with the same name, Kos. There is a big castle in the distance with the city’s twinkling lights fluttering at night. The only thing that subtracts from Kos Harbor’s beauty and blue water is the boisterous tour boat operators trying to fill up their boats for a trip around the island(s). Kos town is touristy too, but it’s not hard to get away from this northern end of town, where pockmarks of touristy venues line the street. The harbor itself is round and deep. You can moor a power yacht but if you’ve got a deep hull on your sailboat, it may be wise to drop anchor and use your dingy to come to land.
