Anchorages in Belize

1. Pelican Cay: Excellent anchorage that is well protected from all wind directions. About 10 cays make up the Pelicans that are mostly comprised of mangroves perched on reefs, with only a few areas having an actual sandy land mass. The surrounding turquoise water is rumored to hold many tropical fish found right off the beach. Quality of snorkeling has mixed reports. Tons of wildlife in the area, both above and below water.
