    we were mislead and mistreated by this con man. we have since learned that he has allegedly been arrested for tax fraud, embezzlement and defrauding the boat owners by never paying them their charter funds.

    complete rip-off... all pics are not of the boat. advertised.....smooth talking owner of company who doesn't even know how to sail. Sucks owners into chartering their DEEP draft boats when the area is shallow!!

    Boat was ready to go and clean but lacked basic maintenance. Engine oil did not show on dipstick, Winches squeeled loudly, shrouds very loose and one chainplate not attached, Charging system did not work = dead batteries, waterline broke and flooded cabin, Advertised as having refrigeration but it did not work (was given a block of ice).
